Frequently Asked Questions
If your voucher has expired please send us an e-mail to email@example.com rather than placing a booking. Our bookings team will place the booking for you however we cannot guarantee your voucher will still be redeemable.
The expiry date is more of a “book by” date, as long as the booking is made 2 working days before your expiry we will be able to honour your voucher for any date in our calendar.
The full cost of the experience will show until you enter your voucher code at the checkout where the voucher will then be redeemed against the cost of the experience.
Using Your Gift Voucher
1. Visit our menu and under Experiences, select your experience type.
2. Select the specific experience your voucher is valid for.
3. Choose a date and time.
(Please note Saturday bookings will have a £39.00 surcharge).
4. Add to basket.
5. Go to basket and add any extras you would like.
6. Click ‘Checkout’ and enter your voucher code at the top of the page.
(Please make sure you choose the correct voucher provider and experience your voucher is valid for. You will also need to provide your unique voucher code with your contact details).
If you have a third party voucher such as Groupon/Buyagift/Red Letter Days etc, you will have to enter your code at the checkout and the bookings team will confirm your slot within two working days.
