Try Junior Learner

The Driver Club Junior Learner Driving Experience is the perfect way to build confidence behind the wheel before taking to the public roads. Whether it’s their very first time driving or they’re looking to develop existing skills, this one-to-one experience is designed to help young drivers learn at their own pace in a safe, controlled environment.

A 15 minute lesson with options to add further driving time up to a total of 2 hours of 1:1 driving tuition in a Toyota Aygo with professional tuition, giving you the flexibility to select the perfect session length. Every lesson takes place in our dual-controlled Toyota Aygo, allowing our experienced instructors to guide and support every step of the journey while ensuring complete peace of mind for parents.

Unlike traditional driving lessons, there are no busy roads, traffic or distractions. Instead, young drivers learn on our spacious purpose-built circuit, where they can focus entirely on developing their driving skills in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. From steering and moving off safely to clutch control, braking, gear changes, observations and road positioning, every lesson is tailored to the driver’s confidence and ability.

Throughout the session, each participant works through their own Motorsport Academy Skill Book, recording the techniques they’ve practised and the skills they’ve achieved. The Skill Book can be brought back on future visits, allowing instructors to continue building on previous lessons and helping drivers progress towards higher-level driving experiences within the Drift Limits Motorsport Academy.

Longer sessions provide even more opportunity to refine driving techniques, tackle more advanced exercises and develop confidence behind the wheel. Regular debriefs throughout the lesson ensure drivers understand what they’ve achieved and where they can continue to improve, making every minute behind the wheel as valuable as possible.

15 Minute Junior Learner Driving Experience

• Approximately 15 minutes of 1:1 driving tuition in a dual-controlled Toyota Aygo.

30 Minute Junior Learner Driving Experience

• Approximately 30 minutes of 1:1 driving tuition in a dual-controlled Toyota Aygo.
• Progress through the Motorsport Academy Skill Book.
• Instructor debrief at the end of the session.

1 Hour Junior Learner Driving Experience

• Approximately 1 hour of 1:1 driving tuition in a dual-controlled Toyota Aygo.
• Continued progression through the Motorsport Academy Skill Book.
• Instructor debrief at the end of the session.

1.5 Hour Junior Learner Driving Experience

• Approximately 1 hour 25 minutes of driving tuition.
• 10 minute comfort break.
• Continued progression through the Motorsport Academy Skill Book.
• Instructor debrief at the end of the session.

2 Hour Junior Learner Driving Experience

• Approximately 1 hour 50 minutes of driving tuition.
• 10-minute comfort break.
• Continued progression through the Motorsport Academy Skill Book.
• Instructor debrief at the end of the session.

Please note all sessions are conducted in our dual-controlled Toyota Aygo with one-to-one instruction. Lesson content is tailored to each driver’s confidence and experience level.
