The SR5 is one of 24 cars ever produced by Radical giving our guests an extreme level of exclusivity, unsurprisingly this is the only driving experience available to the public worldwide. The SR5 comes equipped with a Honda K20 engine pushing out 287bhp mated to a Hewland FTR 6 speed transaxle with paddleshift and auto blipper. Built to withstand the punishment of professional racing drivers allowing for flat up-shifts and clutch-free downshifts.
But where this car really stands out is the featherweight – 570kg aiding to its electric handling and physics defying levels of grip. Achieved with LMP designed front dive planes and diffusers, and of course the absolutely gigantic carbon bi-plane wing design, to help with the vehicle’s high-speed stability producing so much aerodynamic down force that in theory – it could be driven upside down through a tunnel at high speed.
