Current Vacancies:

Full time Instructor / Car Technician

Join the team at our renowned Motorsport Academy and drive your passion into a successful career at Drift Limits.

We are seeking experienced car technicians  who have a passion for track driving and instructing guests in a customer facing role. The applicant must be able to competently carry out light mechanical duties in addition to delivering exceptional customer service as an instructor. Being well organised, presentable and personable to our guests is key. Prior experience in a performance garage / race team or track driving/racing would be beneficial. Full instructor training will be provided in supercars on racing lines, customer service and car control.

Applicants will be employed with a full time contract to work at either the performance garage or on track. Flexible salaries based on 5/6 days a week 8:00 till circa 5:00

The applicant must be flexible with working days willing to work Saturday AM at a minimum.

Range from £18k – 22k per annum depending on experience.

Master Car Technician

The master technician applicant must:

– Be able to quickly and accurately diagnose both mechanical and electrical issues and solve them under pressure.

– Have an extremely well founded mechanical skillset inheriting a wide spectrum of experience and competently be able to rebuild engines/differentials/suspension components thinking outside the box and solve almost any mechanical issues without guidance.

Ideally the applicant will have:

– Fabrication skills

– Staff management skills

The workshop is based on an attractive farm in a secluded location and allows for plenty of space for car parking. In this exciting action packed working environment the applicant will find a great sense of team building companionship involving very interesting and fun build projects.

Being well organised, highly knowledgeable about all aspects of car mechanics, hard working, sociable, personable with customers and prior experience in a tuning/performance garage/race team or track driving/racing would be beneficial. The applicant may be expected to manage other colleagues.

Applicants will be employed with a full time contract to work at either the performance garage or on track. Flexible salaries based on 5/6 days a week 8:00am till circa 5:00pm

The applicant must be flexible with working days willing to work Saturday AM at a minimum.

This is a great opportunity to jump into a senior position off the get go with great career prospects as the company ensues rapid expansion.

Range from £20-28k per annum depending on experience.

Front of House / Event Planner / Customer Service

Full time

This is an exciting opportunity to join our leading drifting and supercar experience centre.

We are seeking a friendly sociable, well structured and organised individual who is keen, personable and ambitious and enjoys coordinating people with tasks. The applicant must be very presentable ensuring a good face to the company. Having an interest in cars and motorsport is beneficial but certainly not necessary.

The applicant will be employed in a full time position and will be based trackside at our rapidly growing driving experience centre in Hemel Hempstead. Their centre is located at a former airfield and the applicant will be expected to attend all of their operational track day events.

The candidate is expected to work 5 days a week with the opportunity to work more if the candidate wishes. Working days can vary from Monday to Saturday.

Hours of work are 8am – circa 5pm during winter months and 8am – circa 6.15pm or dusk (whichever is earlier) in summer months.

18k – 20k per year starting salary

The tasks will be varied and the successful candidate will need to be flexible and willing to learn a variety of skills to help run the track days.

This will include tasks such as

– Planning staff jobs

– Coordinating instructors with guests in a structured time efficient way

– Signing guests in

– Organising guests in and out of cars

– Managing the till

– Dealing with feedback, reviews and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction

The applicant must be able to work under a high pressure environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. They must have a grounded understanding of word and excel spreadsheets, but most importantly be approachable, enthusiastic and sociable towards their guests and peers.

An understanding or passion of cars, parts and mechanics is beneficial but again not crucial as this will come naturally with experience.
